Earn Points
Sun Signature members can accumulate and earn points from all eligible spending within the Sun Group ecosystem. Accumulated points (*) include 02 types of points: Tier Points and Reward Points.
- Tier Points are used to determine the membership tier (membership level) at each 12-month period, based on actual spending on eligible products/services as stipulated.
- Reward Points are points that members can use to redeem rewards, services or privileges from the Sun Signature program. Reward points will expire if the member does not generate any transactions (earning or redeeming points) for 24 consecutive months.
Points Accrual Categories
2.1. Airlines Points Accrual

2.2. Real Estate Points Accrual
2.2.1. Membership Tier Qualification Criteria
Membership tier qualification in the Real Estate category is based on the Member’s cumulative sales value during each calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
As an exception, for 2026, membership tier qualification will be determined based on the cumulative sales value generated between June 13, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
Total Cumulative Transaction Value = Total value of Sale and Purchase Agreements / Assignment Agreements including VAT, excluding Maintenance Fund and Maintenance Fee

(3) Reward Point Value:
