Use Points

1. Cash & Points Redemption

Members may purchase Sun PhuQuoc Airways tickets through the airline's online booking channels using Cash & Points to redeem tickets for themselves and their accompanying passengers. All passengers in the same PNR must travel on the same itinerary as the Member whose account is used to make the booking.

Members who are logged in to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile app may use Cash & Points to pay for up to 100% of the Base Fare. Any remaining fare amount (if applicable), and all taxes, fees and surcharges, must be paid in full by credit card.

Tickets that have been partially paid with reward points can be redeemed according to the conditions of the purchased ticket, but additional reward points cannot be used to pay for a changed itinerary.

The Cash & Points payment method does not apply to tickets booked under the Economy Classic and Economy Lite.

In the event of ticket refund due to non-travel:

• Voluntary refund: No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Points and any related fees are non-refundable.
• Involuntary refund: Reward Points used for the ticket purchase will be refunded in accordance with the ticket handling provisions set out in the Conditions of Carriage.

2. Redemption in the Entertainment Sector at Sun World

Members may use Reward Points to redeem tickets and other eligible products and services at Sun World, in accordance with the policy applicable from time to time.

• Online channel: Members may use Reward Points to redeem against the value of Sun World ticket orders placed through website booking.sunworld.vn, the Sun Paradise Land application, and the NCB webview. The redemption limit via Reward Points on the online channel is up to VND 20,000,000 per Member per day.
• Offline channel: Members may use Reward Points to redeem against the value of ticket orders and F&B products at points of sale within Sun World parks. The redemption limit via Reward Points on the offline channel is up to VND 20,000,000 per Member per day.

Reward Points are used and redeemed in accordance with Sun Signature's policy in effect at the time the transaction arises. Members must ensure a sufficient valid Reward Point balance to carry out the redemption.

3. Redemption on Sun Holidays

Members may use Reward Points to redeem eligible products, goods and services on Sun Holidays (www.sunholidays.vn), in accordance with the policy applicable from time to time. Members may apply Reward Points toward the value of orders for air tickets, hotels, entertainment tickets, travel combos and other offerings.

Members log in to the Sun Holidays website and select the Reward Point payment option at the order payment step. Reward Points are applied to the order value, inclusive of value added tax (VAT), in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of the transaction. Members may use Reward Points to cover the order value in full or in part.

4. Other Reward Redemptions

Members may redeem Reward Points for rewards provided by Sun Signature and its participating partners, as announced by the Program from time to time.
