Earn Points
Sun Signature members can accumulate and earn points from all eligible spending within the Sun Group ecosystem. Accumulated points (*) include 02 types of points: Tier Points and Reward Points.
- Tier Points are used to determine the membership tier (membership level) at each 12-month period, based on actual spending on eligible products/services as stipulated.
- Reward Points are points that members can use to redeem rewards, services or privileges from the Sun Signature program. Reward points will expire if the member does not generate any transactions (earning or redeeming points) for 24 consecutive months.
Points Accrual Categories
2.1. Airlines Points Accrual
2.1.1. Calculation of Tier Points for Airlines
Tier Points = [Base Fare + Fuel Surcharge (YQ) + System Administration Surcharge (YR)]/10,000.
Notes:
- The Base Fare and YQ/YR surcharges are exclusive of VAT and airport taxes and fees.
- Tier Points shall not be awarded for the following types of tickets:
• Tickets issued under the Economy Lite fare family with booking classes A and X, as designated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways from time to time;
• Award tickets, complimentary tickets (ID/AD), expired tickets, charter tickets, voucher tickets, special promotional tickets, group tickets (Adhoc/series/block), combo tickets, staff tickets (Staff/Duty/Sponsorship), internal tickets, agency-discounted tickets, agency award tickets, and other specially discounted tickets (subject to the applicable booking classes as determined by Sun PhuQuoc Airways from time to time).

2.1.2. Calculation of Reward Points for Airlines
Reward Points = [(Base Fare + Fuel Surcharge (YQ) + System Administration Surcharge (YR)) × Fare Class Coefficient × Membership Tier Coefficient]/10,000 + [Ancillary Services/10,000].
Notes:
- The Base Fare and YQ/YR surcharges are exclusive of VAT and airport taxes and fees.
- Ancillary Services are exclusive of VAT.
- Reward Points shall not be awarded for the following types of tickets:
• Tickets issued under the Economy Lite fare family with booking classes A and X, as designated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways from time to time;
• Award tickets, complimentary tickets (ID/AD), expired tickets, charter tickets, voucher tickets, special promotional tickets, group tickets (Adhoc/series/block), combo tickets, staff tickets (Staff/Duty/Sponsorship), internal tickets, agency-discounted tickets, agency award tickets, and other specially discounted tickets (subject to the applicable booking classes as determined by Sun PhuQuoc Airways from time to time).

2.2. Real Estate Points Accrual
2.2.1. Membership Tier Qualification Criteria
Membership tier qualification in the Real Estate category is based on the Member’s cumulative sales value during each calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
As an exception, for 2026, membership tier qualification will be determined based on the cumulative sales value generated between June 13, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
Total Cumulative Transaction Value = Total value of Sale and Purchase Agreements / Assignment Agreements including VAT, excluding Maintenance Fund and Maintenance Fee

2.2.2. Calculation of Reward Points for Real Estate
The number of Reward Points earned is calculated by multiplying (1) the Actual Transaction Value by (2) the Member Tier Multiplier and dividing the result by the Reward Point Value.

(1) The Actual Transaction Value includes VAT but excludes KPBT and PBT.

2.3. Entertainment Points Accrual
2.3.1. Points Accrual Principles
- The points accrual policy for Members using products and services in the Entertainment category at Sun World Hon Thom shall take effect on 22 October 2026, subject to the following provisions.
- Eligibility and Scope of Application:
• This policy applies to Members using eligible products and services at Sun World Hon Thom parks.
• The list of products, services, sales channels eligible for points accrual, and the applicable types of points shall be determined in accordance with the Program's policies in effect from time to time.
- Points are calculated based on the Published Price, which refers to the publicly listed retail price set by Sun World for the relevant products and services at the time of ticket purchase. The Published Price excludes Value Added Tax (VAT) and is calculated before deducting any discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers, if applicable.
2.3.2. Calculation of Tier Points for Entertainment
Tier Points are awarded for cable car tickets, combo packages that include cable car services, and other products or services designated by the Program as eligible for Tier Points in accordance with its policies in effect from time to time.
Tier Points are calculated based on the eligible Published Price of the relevant products or services, excluding VAT, as of the date of ticket purchase, using the following formula:
Tier Points = Published Price/10,000
2.3.3. Calculation of Reward Points for Entertainment
Reward Points are awarded for eligible products and services in accordance with the Program's applicable policies.
Reward Points are calculated based on the eligible Published Price of the relevant products or services, excluding VAT, as of the date of purchase, and the Member's Membership Tier at the time the eligible transaction is recorded.
Reward Points are calculated using the following formula:
Reward Points = (Published Price × Membership Tier Coefficient)/10,000
Note:
- In the event of a change in Membership Tier, the coefficient corresponding to the Membership Tier effective at the time the eligible transaction is recorded shall apply, unless otherwise specified by the Program's policies in effect from time to time.
